..maan lo aap pradhaanmantri, raastrapati  yaa kisi bhi unche pad pe ho…aap gadariye pe raaji ho jaaye to bhi us ko principal nahi banaa sakate… rashtrapati chaparaashi pe raaji ho jaaye to bhi us ko collector nahi banaa sakate…kyo ki is ke liye us vyakti ke antkaran ki kshamataa chaahiye…aise hi bhagavaan ke pyaare jahaa bhi hote bhagavaan un par raaji to hote hai, lekin jab tak un ke antakaran ki kshamataa nahi hoti, antkaran kaa nirmaan nahi hotaa tab tuk bhagavaan ke param tatv kaa saakshaatkar nahi ho sakataa…

..jaisaa aaye khaa liyaa, jis bhaav se dekhanaa chaahaa dekh liyaa..jaisaa chaahe pahen liyaa, jaisaa aayaa so liyaa to waasanaa pradhaan jeevan hogaa… anushaasan pradhaan jeevan me aur waasanaa pradhaan jeevan me bahot antar hai..  dharm anusaari karm aur waasanaa  anusaari karm me bahot phark hai… bhale swachhand-taa kaa, manmauji swatantrataa kaa sukh milaa aisaa lage thodi der ke liye…lekin dhire dhire indriyaa man ko, aur man budhdi ko apane paksh me khinch kar le jaayegi… budhdi  gyaan swabhaav ki sattaa lekar niche se niche chali jaayegi..

3 prakaar kaa gyaan hotaa hai: aindrik gyaan, budhdi gat gyaan aur shudhd tatv kaa gyaan..

tvachaa se sparsh kaa, naak se sunghane kaa, aankho se dekhane kaa,kaano se sunane kaa aur jivhaa se swaad kaa jo gyaan hotaa us ko aindrik gyaan(indriy-gat gyaan) kahete.. aindrik gyaan baahar ke vishayo se aakarshit hotaa hai..man me sukh  ki lolupataa se man indriyo ko sukh upbhog me sahyog detaa… man indriyo ke paksh me gayaa to budhdi ko apane paksh me karataa.. to budhdi dhire dhire  man ke paksh me gayi…to budhdi-gat gyaan mand ho jaayegaa…. shudhd swabhaavik satchidaanand kaa gyaan jo mul gyaan swarup hai vo hi  budhdi aur indriyo ko sattaa detaa hai… indriyo ko jor denge to man budhdi ko khinch legaa to aise geer sakate hai ki uthanaa mushkil ho…kahaa ajj raajaa samraat thaa aur ajagar hokar dukh bhog rahaa.. gin nahi sakate itani gaaye daan karane waale nrug kirkit hokar dukh bhog rahe.. jis ke yasho-gaan karane waale kayi sansthaan hai vo abrahim linkan white house me pret hokar bhatakataa dikhaayi detaa.. musolin kaa pret jheel kinaare bhatakataa dikhaayi detaa….

jeev ne kitani bhi uplabdhiyaa paa liyaa to bhi shudhd tatv kaa   gyaan nahi paayaa to aisaa hi dukh bhoganaa padataa hai..

aap sabhi dhyaan se sunanaa..ye maanav maatr ke kalyaan ki baat bhagavaan bataate hai…

indriyo gat gyaan me hi jo jeete vo saadhaaran jeev bhi jaraa majaa ke liye ye dekh lu, jaraa ye chakh lu karate to indriyo ke sukh ki taraf hi dhyaan diyaa to majaa me sajaa paate..karodo jeev phir marane ke baad jaise patange hote aur traaffic lighto me dekhane ke maje ke bahaane jaan tabaah kar dete..aise  chakhane, sunghane, sunane, dekhane , sparsh ke tuchh indriyo ke sukho me manushy jeevan vyarthy gavaa dete…

budhdi gat gyaan vichaar karataa..indriyaa… indriyo se nikat hai man, man ke nikat hai budhdi…budhdi se nikat jeevaatmaa hai.. jivaatmaa se nikat apanaa aapaaa shudhd paramaatma hai.. tum shuddh gyaan ko mahatv doge to budhdi balwaan hoti…kyo ki budhdi shudhd gyaan se nikat hai… parinaam kaa vichaar karati hai…

aap ghar se nikale..(indriyo gat gyaan)bich me pakode dekhe to munh me paani aayaa ……(budhdi gat gyaan)..budhdi ne kahaa ‘nahi’.. dudh ke 3 ghante baad tuk nahi khaanaa chaahiye; budhdi ne rok lagaayi…lekin budhdi agar durbal hai to man indriyo ke paksh me le jaayegaa.. man bolegaa, ‘chalataa hai’ ..to budhdi mand pad jaati… us samay bhalaa majjaa bhogate..lekin 10-15 saal ke baad dekhate ki tvachaa par kod ke saphed daag nikale..  dudh ke saath koyi bhi namak waali chij khaayi, jaise sabji roti ke baad ice-cream khaate, dudh ke saath namakin khaate to dudh ke saath koyi bhi khatti-khaari vastu khaate to sharir me vikrut ras paidaa karataa hai.. aaj nahi to 10-12 saal ek baad ye jaher ki khabar sharir jarur detaa hai…

budhdhi-gat gyaan me sanskaar hi nahi..kyaa khaanaa , kab khaanaa, kyaa virudhd aahaar hai ye pataa nahi to haani hoti…

nitya karm jaise snaan, daan, sandhyaa aadi… sury grahan, chandr grahan, ekaadashi aadi vishesh dino par yaa yagy yaag karate us ko bolate naimittik karm… kaamanaa praapti ke liye karate us ko bolate kaamy karm aur galatiyo kaa dukh naa bhogane pade isliye praayschitt karm hote hai…

to kisi bhi prakaar ke karm ho, karm ki asar kartaa me padati hai…

krutam karm shubhaashusbham

shubh ho yaa ashubh karm ho, us ke bhog kartaa ko bhoganaa hi padataa hai…

karm bhogo ke 3 vibhaag hai :  mand, tivr aur tar-tivr prarabdh…

mand karm bhog to darshan, tirtho kaa snaan, aadi se chale jaate..

tivr karm bhog kartaa ke apane purushaarth aur mahaapurusho ke ashirvaad se hataa sakate hai…

lekin tar-tivar karm bhog to kartaa ko bhogane hi padate hai…kruhsn jis ke salaah-kaar the, yudhishtir jis ke heetchintak the, aise gaandiv dhanushy dhaari arjun ko bhi ronaa padataa, bhim ko bhi  chhipakar jeenaa padataa, sury bhagavaan ke bij se bane, kuntaaji  ke garbh me pale aise karn ko duryodhan kaa saath dene kaa karm kiyaa to kadavaa karm bhog bhoganaa padaa..

to tar-tivr karm ke bhog kaa upaay kyaa hai?

ek upaay hai… indriyaa kitani bhi khinche, phir bhi man ne budhdi kaa paksh liyaa, budhdi ne gyaanswarup ishwar kaa ashray liyaa to ghatanewaali ghatanaa  se apane ko bewkufi nahi dete ki ‘mai’ dukhi hun, dukh me dubanaa yaa nahi ye aap ke haath ki baat hai….

ye pourush hai, mardaanagi hai!

bhagavat aashray me rahe to dukh aaye to vivek jagaayegaa, anaasakt ho jaayegaa… sukh aaye to dusaro ko baato..to bhagavaan param sukh swarup us hari ke saath ekaakaar hone lagenge… sukhad awasthaa me bhagavaan ke sahaj swabhaav me mil jaayenge.. saamarthy me mil jaayenge…bhagavaan ke gyaan aur sukh se aap mil jaayegnge… betaa baap ke sidhdaanto se mil jaataa to baap ki tarah betaa  bhi sanmaaneet ho jaataa.. betaa apanaa dim dim chalaanaa chaahe to baap ki uchaayi nahi paa sakataa… naanak ji ke bete angad aur amardaas ji puje to gaye, lekin unho ne apani dimdim chalaayi… aapanaa vyaktitv banaakar karanaa chaahate to mit jaate..apanaa vyaktitv us mahaan tatv me milaate to a-meet ho jaate…tarang apane ko samudr se alag maanegaa to tarang rahetaa..lekin tarang apanaa vyaktitv chhode to paani hai… paani apanaa vyaktitv chhode to samudra hai ..

vashishth ji kahete, ‘hey raam ji sant aur shaashtr ki yukti se sansaar saagar laaghanaa go pad ke naayi sahej ho jaataa…. gaay kaa khur laanghane ke liye jahaaj nahi chaahiye, pair uthaayaa to laangh gaye..!’

4 prakaar ki chanchalataa aasaani se mit jaayegi.. waani ki, netr ki, haath aur pair ki chanchaltaa se bahot saari shaktiyo kaa hraas hotaa..

4 chaanchaly mitenge  to shakti bachegi aur urjaa bachegi to bhagavaan me vishraanti paayenge…. budhdi kaa yog hone lagegaa..

bhagavan bolate jo mujhe priti purvak bhajate un ki  budhdi me mai yog detaa hun…..

sukh me bahenge nahi, dukh me dubenge nahi…. jaise chaasani ki kadhaayi me shahaane makode makkhi side se kaam lekar chale jaate, andar dubenge nahi aise aap bhi vikaaro me dubenge nahi to tyaag se, samajh se  indriy gyaan aur budhdi-gat gyaan kaa upyog karo .. swaasthy ki rakshaa karo….

sury kirano ki baraabari koyi aarogy ki davayi nahi kar sakati..

mai sab ko dahi khilaanewaalaa thaa…lekin is season me dahi khaanaa swaasthy ke liye thik nahi…kal maine sample khaate khate meri tabiyat ki haalat kharaab ho gayi to  dahi ko dur se hi rawaana kar diyaa! khir khilaa denge!

irshaa se pitt badhataa… indriyo ki tejswitaa kam hoti… pitt ke tejab se budhdi jal jaati….. irshaalu  pragati thik se nahi kar sakate…

dambh se kuf jany rogo se dukhit ho jaate… dambh maane hai nahi lekin dikhaate…. dambhi ke sharir ki sthulataa se banaavat buri ho jaati… sharir bedola ho jaataa hai ..

krodh karane se Oj nasht hotaa… shakal bigadati jaati… budhdi kaa bal kshin hone lagataa…jaldi jaldi khaanaa khaate to krodhi hotaa ..khaanaa chabaa chabaa ke khaaye..krodh aaye to haath ki ungaliyo ko naakhuno kaa sparsh ho aisi hast mudra me baithe..

krodh aataa to sharir kaa savvaa ansh khun jaher ban jaataa…khun  kuchh ansh me jaher ban jaataa..maane maaranewaalaa jaher nahi, ghaatak bimaari laanewaalaa..

hinsak krodh aur abhimaan se hotaa…hinsak kaa rakt sadaa ukhalataa rahetaa… garm rahetaa… mastak gandaa hotaa…mastak me garam rakt kaa bhraman hone se 3 dosh utpann hotaa.. mahaa-bhayankar rog bhadak uthate…

chhal kapat karene waalaa bhi sukshm rup se hinsaa hi karataa… jo rog hinsaa karanewaale ko hote, vo hi chhal kapat waale ko bhi hote hai…

isliye mai haath jod ke prarthanaa  karataa hun…in durguno se pallaa chhudaanaa chaahe bhagavaan ke asthitv ko, bhagavaan ke maadhury ko, bhagavat sukh ko apane jeevan me le aao..

kaahe ko pach pach ke maranaa? kaahe ko bimaariyo kaa shikaar honaa?
