jo dopaher ke satsang me aaye the, abhi nahi aaye ve hath upar karo..(hee hee, jab aaye nahi to hath upar kaise karenge?:) ) ..to ye kaise pata chalata hai?gyan se!

gyan jad hai ki chetan hai?
gyan chetan hai..aur gyan aanand swarup hai..ye pata chala to gyan se aur aanand aaya tabhi bhi gyan se!
isi ko bolate sat-chitanand paramatma..!!

koyi aakash me  bhagavan baithe aisa nahi..  kisi seth ki factory chal rahi to bhi aise nahi chal sakati..vo sarv niyanta , sarv antaryami, sarv ke nikatvarti paramtma sarvatr hai..
Narad ji kahete yudhsthir ko ki jaise purush se purush ki chhaya alag nahi aise hi bhagavan se ye bhagavan ki leelamay duniya alag nahi hai..

..achha karam karane se hruday me sadbhav, samarthya aur prasannata aati hai aur bura karm karane se budhdi maari jati hai, bhay aata hai aur asantosh hota hai..

 jo dusaro ko dukh dekar sukhi hota hai vo apane liye bada dukh bulata hai..lekin kasht sahekar bhi dusaro ke dukh harataa hai dusaro ko sukh deta hai vo apane hruday me antaryami paramatma ke aanand ko madhury ko chhalakata hai..

milkar bolana..bhagavan ke nam se daso disha me mangal hota hai..
naam japat  mangal disha das!

bhagavan ke naam se mangalmay waatavaran hota hai.
jaise surynamskar karane se paachantantr thik hota hai.chehare pe jhurriyaa nahi padati.kanyaye yaa maayiyaa kare to un ko prasuti ki pida aur masik takalife , mahilao ko gupt rogo se chhutkara milata hai. sury namskar karane se paachan tantr ke sath sath maans peshiya aur nas-nadiyo me khun ka sanchar hone se budhapa jaldi nahi aata.jaise 70 saal ke hum jawan hai kyo ki sury namaskar karate hai! 🙂

to jo log sury namaskar karate hai, ve to badbhagi hai..lekin jo sury namaskar ka virodh karate hai vo thoda apana dil, dimaag aur soch-vichaar vyaapak kare.

jis se phayada ho us kary ko karane me rukavat nahi daalani chahiye.
chahe kisi bhi jati ka vyakti ho, sury namaskar karega to sury ke kiran uspar padenge..sury ke kiran padene se “D” vitamin sharir ko milata hai..kya khayaal hai?

to is pradesh ke shiksha vibhag ko to mai dhanywaad deta hun jinho ne sury namaskar shuru karavaya. to sury namaskar se aap naa chahe to bhi baudhdik phayada hota hai.kyo ki budhdi ke adhishtata dev sury hai aur man ke adishtata dev chandr hai .maayiyo ka man chandr se prabhavit hota hai aur purusho ki budhdi sury se prabhavit hoti hai .isliye mayiyo ko chandr ko arghya dekar vrat kholane ki paramparaa hai.aur kaha jata hai ,”chanda mama dur ke!” chanda mama to maa ke bhaiyaa hai!:)

aise hi “RAM” shabd uchcharan karane se RAM ke “ra” kaar se humhare sukshm sharir me sury tatv ki urja sakriy hoti hai. aur “RAM” ke “MA” kaar se chandr tatv ki urja sakriy hoti hai. abhi jo humhara tan hai, humhara man hai, humhara vyavahaar hai ye sury aur chandr dono se prabhavit hokar hi jite hai..

 rasamay chandrama bankar aushadhiyo ko mai pusht karata hun aisa bhagavan bolate hai.ekam se lekar poonam tak badhate badhate chandrama aushadhiyo ko pusht karata hai aur maa ke pet me rahe garbh bhi un 15 dino me su-vikasit hote hai.to jo garbhavati bhagavan ke naam ka uchcharan kare to un ke baalak me bhi sury tatv aur chandr tatv ka vikas hota hai.jo sury ko arghya dete hai sury namaskar karate hai un ki santaan budhdiman hone ki sambhavana badh jati hai.padhayi -likhayi chahe cum ho phir bhi budhdi ke vilakshan lakshan dikhayi denge.

jo bhi puja path karate honge karo humhari manaa nahi hai.lekin aapa apane jeevan me bhagavan ka divy samarthya pragat karane ke liye 6 minute ka ye prayog karo.cum se cum 6 minute karo, jitana jyada karate utana jaldi bada labh hoga.man ki chanchalata mitegi, budhdi ke dosh mitenge , sharir ke rog mitenge.Aur man me bhagavat bhav, bhagavat saamarthya, bhagavat ras pragat hone lagega.vo log bahot naa-samajh hai jo jara jara baat me bolate, ‘mai to mar gaya.mai to bahot pareshan hun’..to jo pareshan pareshan sochate un ki pareshani badhati jati.jaise kutta bhaunke aur bhage to kutta to kya mrs kutta aur baby kutta bhi aap ke pichhe padenge.aise jara jara baat me ‘mai to mar gaya..aadi’ kahene walo ka haal hota hai..arre shivaji maharaj ko aurngjeb ne dosti ka hath badhaakar jail me daal diya..phir nange pair raatoraat kisi bhi yukti se nikale..raat bhar chalate aur din ko chhupe rahete..aur aagra ke paaswale jungle me pani pine gaye to sher unpar aa dhamkaa..to sher ke panje pakad ke us se yudhd karate..mai pareshan hun, pareshan hun karate to sher un ko chabaa leta!lekin himmat kar ke sher ke jabade tod diye.phir thanedar ne pakada to thanedar ko bhi 10 pathano ke sath halla kar ke bhej diya. shivaji ke bete sambhaji ko kaid kar liya aurngabad me ..aur rani ke maqbare me sambhaji ko janjeere hath me laga di..apana dharm badalo humhare dharm me aa jaao..nahi manoge to jalati huyi lohe ki salaayi se aankhe phod denge..aankhe phod di gayi..chamadaa chir diya gaya..phir bhi apana dharam nahi chhoda..aise shivaji ko aur sambhaji ko jaise kasht mila,jaisi musibat huyi us ki aage tumhari musibat kya hai?
mira ko jo pareshaniya huyi..pura rajya mira ke khilaf bagaavat karane utha..us ke jeth ka rajya tha..naa jane kya kya afvaaye uthati thi..kya kya aarop lagate the..mira ki musibato ke aage tumhari musibat kya hai?shabari ke dukh ke aage tumhara dukh kya hai?shivaji ke shatruo ke aage tumhare shatru kya hai?

jo durbal man ke hote hai , ve apane liye khayi khodate..’mai ‘pareshan hun ..pareshan hun’kar ke..

arre mai bhagavan ka hun , bhagavan mere hai..pareshani aati hai vikas ke liye, unnati ke liye, sudrudh hone ke liye..
bewkuf log pareshani me pareshan hote aur budhdiman log pareshani ke sir pe naachate naachate paramtma tuk pahunch jaate!
ramkrushn bolate, ‘oh god!u forgot me?send me new problem!’ hey bhagavan tum mujhe bhul gaye.nayi musibat bhejo..jo jo musibate aati hai, to musibate jhelanewala bhi majbut hota hai ..musibat aati hai to vivek jagataa hai aur suvidha aati hai to aap ki bhog waasana badhati hai..musibat me to aadami majbut banataa hai..pandavo ko kitani musibate aayi to ve kitane majbut huye!raja janak ke jeevan me kitane utaar chadhaav aaye..prabhu lilashah ji ke jeevan me kitane kitane utaar chadhaav aaye..Bapuji ke liye kitani kitani sajishe huyi..phir bhi dekha kya bapuji chinta me hai pareshani me hai? 🙂

aap bure kaam nahi karo, phir koyi jhutha aarop yaa jhutha case karata hai to der-saber aap ki fateh hogi..jhutha case hai to mantr le lo , japo..aap nahi phasenge..
aur sachcha case hai to bhugat ke chhut jaao! daranaa kahe ko?

galati hai to isi janam me chhutakara ho jayega aur galati nahi hai to aap ka bal badhega..kay ko daranaa?

sharir ko swasth rakho.ijjat jane jaisa koyi kaam nahi karo.phir bhi koyi jhuthe aarop lagaate to daro bhi mat..

manushy ka gyan simit hai. manushy ki shakti simit hai .manushya ka sadbhaav simit hai.aur manushya ki suhurdataa simit hai.sarv shaktimaan ki suhurdataa aseem hai.aparimit hai.sarv shaktiman paramatma ka sadbhav un ke anusar hai, jaise bhagavan vyapak samarth hai aisa un ka sadbhav bhi samarth hai !
aise hi sarveshwar paramatma ka gyan humhare gyan se kayi guna adhik hai.humhare gyan se hajaar guna yaa 10 hajaar guna bada hai? nahi nahi, aseem hai!bhagavan ka gyan aseem, sadbhav aseem aur suhurdata aseem..
manushya ko apana vikas karana ho to aseem ki sharan jaaye..sa-seem wala aseem ki sahaayataa se apane jeevan me bahot kuchh paa leta hai…aseem ka phayada uthane ke liye ek chahiye shradhda aur dusara chahiye vishwas !
jo log bhagavan me shradhda vishwas karate un ko aseem gyan , aseem aanand aseem jeevan ki prapti hoti hai.lekin jo seth sahukar phalane dhingane ke sharan jaate hai ve naa jane kitano ki gulami kar ke bhi bhay se mukt nahi hote.chinta se mukt nahi hote.dukho se mukt nahi hote.paapo se mukt nahi hote.
lekin jo bhagavan ki sharan jate..shabari jati hai, mira jati hai, rahidas chamhar jate hai..dhanna jaat jaate athava raja janak jaate ..nirdosh narayan me …to shradhda aur vishwas …hai to shuruvat me chhote lekin itane bade hote hai ki shradha aur vishwas vishwaniyanta ko bhi chhachhundari chhas pe nachaane ko samarth ho jate  hai….

shradhda aur vishwas vishw-niyanta ko beta banaane ko bhi samarth ho jate hai.guru banane me bhi samarth ho jate ho jate hai..vashishth ji Ram ji ke guru the.sandipani guru krushn bhagavan ke guru the.
to jin ke jeevan me shradhda vishwas hai ve chahe choti si chhoti jindagi jite ho lekin der saber param tatv paramatma tuk pahunch jayenge!
aur jin ke jeevan me shradhda vishwas nahi hai, baahar se kitane bhi that maat ka jeevan jeete ho to bhi un ke jeevan me andaruni asantosh banaa rahega.club me jayenge, apani patni hote huye bhi dusaro ki patni ke sath nachenge..apana pati hote huye bhi dusare ke pati ke hath pakadenge..jane kya kya anuchit kar ke bhi becharo ko sukh -shanti nahi milati..christmas ke dino me suiside kar ke mar jaate..aatmahatya kar ke mar jaate..un dino me jyada aatmhatyaye hoti..
to jin ki aseem paramatma me shradhda priti hai ve vighn badha aur kashto me bhi hasate khelate hai..jo bhagavan ki leela ho sawadhan hote huye nikal jate.

lekin jinake jeevan bhagavat shradhda, bhagavat vishwas nahi hota to ‘pareshan ho gaye, mar gaye’ bolate rahete..
arre hajaaro baar maut aayi to bhi tumhara atma amar hai.bachapan mar gaya tab bhi tum amar ho, jawani mar gayi tab bhi tum amar ho, budhape me sharir mar jayega us ke baad bhi tum rahenewale ho!!
man tu jyoti swarup apana mul pahechan!
jis ko maut kabhi chhu nahi sakati aise tum ho!aur jis ko sada koyi rakh nahi sakata hai aisa sharir hai.to sharir ko mai maanate aur vastuo ko mera maanate….
vastavik me aatma ko mai maananaa hai aur paramatma ko mera maananaa hai!
ye galati hat gayi to sare dukho ki jade hil gayi.nahi to kitana bhi dhan kamaa lo bhay se mukti nahi milegi.kitana bhi sukh ka upbhog bhog lo rogo se mukti nahi milegi.

kitane bhi seth sawkaro gulami kar lo phir bhi nischint jeevan nahi milega.

nischint to ek narayan hai..

 

to 6 minute bhagavan ke naam ka uchcharan karo ..6 minute hotho me..6 minute kanth me japo aur 6 minute hruday me japo..aap dekho 40 dino ke is course me aap ki kitani samasyaye chhu ho jayegi..kitane dukh aur bimariya khojane par nahi milegi..hagy ki rekhaye badalane lagegi..

ek sadhe sab sadhe

sab sadhe tab jani

 

bhagavat me aata hai ki pahele manushy manushy ki puja karate the..patni pati me bhagavat budhdi se puja karati , shishya guru me bhagavat bhav rakhate..lekin jab sewa bhi kare aur us me  dosh darshan karane lage to rushiyo ne murti puja aarambh ki..pahele to ishwar ki jiti jaagati murti manushy ki hi puja hoti thi.sarv shreshth prani manushya hi hai.manushy me hi ishwar ka gyan, ishwar ka aananand, ishwar ki prerana pragat ho jati hai.lekin vo manushya me ishwar budhdi nahi tikane ke karan phir murti puja hone lagi.

 

koyi bhi bimari aaye to sury ke kiran pet par 6/7 minute aur pith par 8/10 minute le.kayi rogo ke kitanu nash hote aur rog pratikarak shakti badhati.

 

phir anulom vilom pranayam karana 5/7 baar.

shwas andar lekar andar hi roke jibh talu me lagaakar ye mantr bole :

naase rog hare sab piraa  l

japat nirantar hanumant biraa ll

aise shanti se 2 baar bole..shwas andar savva minute tuk rok ke…phir shwas baahar chodkar 40 second baahar hi roke aur ye hi mantr jibh talu me lagakar man me bolate rahe..

aise 7 pranayam karo..phir 8-9 – 10 baas!

bahot sari bimari ya aise bhagegi ki jaise sury uday hote hi ratri ka andhakar aur nishachar bhag jata hai..

 

 

gurumantr jeevan me ek aisi unchayi lekar aata hai ki kitane bhi vighn ho,  bhadhaye ho, rog ho, samasyaye ho..un ka samadhan paate huye jeevan ki sham hote samay bhi dikshawala vyakti sawadhan hota hai…marate samay bhi samajhata hai ki sharir mar raha hai..dukh man me aata hai…rog sharir me aata hai..dwesh budhdi me hai ..in sab ko jaananewala mera aatma parameshwar ke amaratv ka ehsaas kar rahaa hai….om aanand !om shanti!

 

mere pita ki mrutyu kaise huyi ye bataane ka maine wada kiya tha..to un ki tabiyat dhili rahene lagi to puchhane lage ki ‘aaj kaun si tithi hai?’

bole, ‘aaj saatam hai’..

‘achha, itane din rahena padega’…

phir 2/4 din bite to puchhe ki aaj kaunsi tithi hai?

bole , ‘aaj dasam hai..aise karate karate kartiki purnima ke subah ke 3 baje mere pitaji ne puchha ki aaj kaunsi tithi hai?’

bole, ‘aaj poonam hai.’

to bole , ‘achha to bade bete ko bulaao.’

mera bada bhai tha jetha..us ko bole ki , ‘jetha tum mere ko uthakar dharati par sula do..gobar ka limpan kar do..tulasi suraj ugane ke baad todani chahiye to abhi kishmish ya draksh dhoke us ka pani mere munh me daalo..geeta ka path karo..’

mere pitaji mere maa se damdaar the..bade jamidaar the..hazaaro ekar jamin thi..budhdimano me un ki ginati thi..pita bade tej swabhav ke the aur meri maa badi namr swabhav ki thi.

lekin vo tej swabhav wala sher aaj gaay ko hath jodata hai..meri maa ka swabhav to gungi gaiyaa jaisa tha! gaay aur sher eksath rahete the! vo sher aaj limpan par pade pade meri maa ko hath jodate…”jethe maa kayi baar uchit anuchit vyavhaar ho gaya..kabhi kuchh suna bhi diya ..kabhi hath bhi uthaya..mere ko maph kar de..nahi to chukane ke liye phir aana padega..”

 

meri maa ghabdaayi ki aap kya bolate? vo to patiparayana thi..”aap to pati paramatma hai  ..aap kya bolate?”

 

bole ,”nahi!karm ka bandhan hota hai..maphi mang lo to chhutkara bhi hota

hai..jethe maa tu mere ko maph kar de..!”

jethe maa maane tumhare bapuji ki maa!to maa bolati, “tum bhi to mere ko maph kar do..mere se jo bhi galati huyi..”

bole, “haa maph kiyaa..”

maa ne bhi kaha, haa aap ko bhi maphi..

aur pitaji sharir chhod ke chale gaye..

 

to aap bhi to maranewale to ho..to aap ke pappu ki maa se/ yaa aap ke pappu ke papa se hatha jodi kar ke maphi maang lena..karm ke bandhan me dusare janam me padanaa nahi..

 

(Pujya Bapuji ne maa mahengibaa ji ki katha sunaayi ki kaise vo 86 saal ki umra me bimar ho gayi thi doctoro ne jabaab de diya tha, lekin Bapuji ke diye huye mantr ko shradhda se japane se maa mahengiba 93ve saal tuk jiye !!aur bahot shanti se Bapuji ki god me unho ne sharir chhoda tha..Maa mahengibaa ji ko pranam hai!)

 

garbhavati mahilaaye 4/5ve mahine se khane ke baad sauf khaye to bachcha bada sundar hoga aur navame mahine se raat ko sote samay garam  dudh me 8/10 bund badam ka tel(rogan) daalkar piye to bachcha budhdiman hoga bachche ki maa bhi dimagi tarkwali hogi..!

doctor bolega operation karaao, ek to maa jiyegi yaa bachcha ..to operation ki koyi jarurat nahi..garbhvati moti hai to 12 gram patali hai 10 mlgram desi gaay ke gobar ka ras le lo.. us me dekh kar “narayan narayan” 21 baar jap karo ,garbhvati ko pila do..aaram se santan paida hogi..

jab baalak ka janam ho to us ko nahela dhula ke baap ke god me dena chahiye..pita bachche ko pyar se nihare us ki aankho me dekhe yaa sir par hath ghumaaye aur bole ki “om om ashma bhav!”arthat tu chattan ke nayi adig rahena!kaayarata nahi aaye tujh me!

 

phir 7 baar om om bolana ( pyar se bachche ke sir par hath ghumate huye)om parashu bhav!tu parashu ke nayi vighn badhao ko kaatanewala banega !!”

 

phir tisari baar bole 7 baar om : “om om om om om om om hiranyamastu bhav!”tu suwarn ke nayi chamakana!!jung lag jati hai sone ko jung lag jati hai copper ko lekin sone ko jung nahi lagati chahe mitti me gadaa rahe….apane jeevan me karmo ki jung naa lage vikaro ki jung na alage..suwarn ke nayi tumhara antaratma chamchamata rahe!

 

damme ki taklif ho to dahe nathuno se shwas le aur bahe se chhode(right nostril se inhale and left nostril se exhale karana hai) lekin sirf 5 baar..jyada nahi..

vayu ki taklif hai to 1liter pani ko ubaal kar 750 ml kar de aur wo hi pani piye..us se vayu ki taklif me aaram ho jayega..jara se 4/5 dane ajwaain ke daal de pani me garam karate samay..

 

kuff ki taklif hai to 1liter pani ko 250 gram kar de aur vo pani piye to kuff ki taklif dur ho jayegi.

 

jodo ka dard hai to khane ke samay bich bich me gunguna pani piye 2/4 ghunt to jodo ke dard me aaram hoga..sury ke kirano me sarso ke tel se halaki si malish kare .

 

chehare pe halaki si malish karate to un ki chehare pe jhurriya nahi padati!

ye to sab sharir ke liye huaa..lekin apane liye :

mohi kapat chhal chhidr naa bhava l

bhagavan ka ashray bhagavan ka naam , bhagavan me shradhda aur bhagavan me vishwas se bhagavan ki sabhi yogyataye jivatma me jo chhupi hai vo vikasit ho jati hai..

 man se karam se aur vachan se chhal kapat chhodkar jab tuk jivatma prabhu tumhara nahi hota tab tuk suvidha to mil jati hai lekin antaraatma ka sukh nahi milata..

bhojan to mil jata lekin asali bhuk to bhagavan ki den hai..

 palang aur shaiyya  to mil jati hai lekin nind to bhagavan ki den hai..

 makaan aur pad to mil jata hai lekin khushi to bhagavan ki den hai..

 to jo log man, karm, vachan se chhal chhodakar bhagavan ka ashray lete bhagavat jano ka satsang karate , satpurusho ke daivi kary me lag jaate ve badbhagi hai..

 jhagade mit jaaye ,irsha raag dwesh mit jaaye aur bhagavan ke bhakti badhe aisa path kare roj ghar me :

hey prabhu aanand data gyan hum ko dijiye  ye prarthana roj gaaye
